Brand-declared payout data

PayOutIndex accepts structured declared payout data from operators. Submissions are reviewed before publication and are always labeled as brand_declared on public pages.

What brand access is

Brand access is operator/representative access. It lets a brand submit structured declared data — withdrawal availability, deposit availability, declared payout windows, incident notices — for the operator they represent.

It is not a customer account. It is not a marketing channel. It is not a way to influence editorial copy on PayOutIndex.

How submissions are handled

  • Every submission requires admin review.
  • Nothing goes live automatically.
  • Approved data is written to the registry with the source label brand_declared and a link back to the originating submission.
  • admin_declared and brand_declared remain visibly separated on every public page that shows them.
  • Rejected submissions never affect public data. The rejection reason is recorded in the audit log.

What brand access does not include

  • No editorial control over PayOutIndex content.
  • No promotional copy, no CTAs, no affiliate placements.
  • No rankings, no scoring, no badges.
  • No “best / fastest / trusted / recommended” language anywhere in submitted material.
  • No open-text complaints, no marketing fields.

What can be submitted

  • Withdrawal availability per operator × market × payout method.
  • Deposit availability for the same matrix.
  • Declared payout windows (min / max hours), when published by the operator.
  • Incident updates — active or resolved — with a short message and optional evidence reference.

Request brand access

Brand accounts are created by PayOutIndex administrators after a verification step. To request access for the operator you represent, contact brand-access@payoutindex.org. Include the operator name, your role, and a verifiable corporate contact channel.

Existing brand representatives can sign in at /brand/login.
